Publisher Description

Are you wading along the shore, safe and secure, but longing for an adventure that quickens your heart, sharpens your mind, and shakes your comfort zone to the core? Lowell Lytle discovered through a lifetime of daring decisions what can come of leaving the shore behind and diving into the deep. How did he survive one shipwreck after another? What pulled him toward adventure, risk, and spiritual quest, and whose love led him safely back to shore?

You will be amazed, entertained and inspired by Lowell's remarkable life; the triumphant rises, the terrible falls, and the redemption that led him late in life to follow an unfathomable and Titanic opportunity.

Written and narrated by Lowell Lytle, this unabridged audio version of his best-selling book contains almost eight hours of entertainment, inspiration, and action. Listeners should prepare to be carried back in time, to laugh, to cry, to shake their heads in wondrous disbelief, and to hold their breath through some of his many gripping adventures. Lowell's rich baritone voice, along with audio contributions by others, and majestic musical interludes make this a truly captivating listening experience that will strengthen your faith and help you find peace with God.

Lowell was an interesting man

I was fortunate enough to meet the author of this book back when I was just graduating from high school. Lowell Lytle was an evangelist who became an actor for the Titanic Museum in Kentucky. This book tells about his life that led to the point of him working at the museum. Sadly in 2025 he passed away in April. The book does start out a little slow but gets more interesting further in his story.

Enough said. It’s so so bad and boring.
