Kinda out of date

I love Dr. Weil, I really do. But the info in the "course" is reaaaaally out of date. Low fat dairy? Canola oil? Gross. Neither of those things are "real food." I wish I'd known that this course was based on information that was popularized decades ago, and has since been refuted, before I spent $29.95 on this thing. Two stars and a resounding "meh" at best. What a disappointment.
