Relevant and applicable to anyone regardless of age
I binged the audio book and enjoyed every page of it. It was inspirational, grounding and entertaining. I have found life at times to mirror SEAL Selection with Pool Comp rearing its ugly head from time to time. Panic and desperation sets in quickly before being able to gain any ounce of composure to begin righting myself. Books like Andy’s will long be in my tool box for periodic tune-ups and check ins any time I feel like I need to be centered. In this crazy world we live in, we need to maintain an arsenal of go-to touch stones to gain perspective and inspiration. Did I mention the book was entertaining as well? Andy’s humor, humility and modesty was a breath of fresh air in this “I’m an expert and never fail” book writing space. I especially appreciate the vulnerability and genuine tone of the book. Well done Andy, can’t wait to read the next book…

A solid book
One of the best books I’ve listened to in a while. I’m not a book person but I enjoyed it. There were a lot of parts I related to. It invoked memories from the past. Either from old jobs or dealing with family
