Edward’s soft voice came from behind me.
I turned to see him spring lightly up the porch steps, his hair windblown from running. He pulled me into his arms at once, just like he had in the parking lot, and kissed me again. This kiss frightened me. There was too much tension, too strong an edge to the way his lips crushed mine–like he was afraid we had only so much time left to us.
As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob–knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which?
Another Hit By Stephenie Meyer!
WOW... When I first saw this book being put on the shelves, I freaked out. I read the previous books in two days, and had been basking in the tension while Eclipse prepared it's long journey from the author into the world. (Strange way to put it, I know....) But honestly--this book is as good as the first! For the first time, Stephenie brings both Jacob and Edward into the picture at the same time, filling the story with tension and memories. I cried. I rarely cry for anything. (Except for Fullmetal Alchemist... and, well the Edward and Bella books...) As Bella becomes an adult, she gets new responsibilities and even bigger dilemnas then before, as the situation becomes more and more urgent... as you can see from pages 76-85..... Well, anyways, I fully recommend these books for anyone who has ever wanted to e swept off their feet my a gorgeous vampire dude... lol. Thanks for reading!
READ THE BOOK
i have waited for eclipse to come out just as much as anyone else, however, this 'audio book' doesnt do the characters of the novel justice. Just listen to the preview. In my mind this is NO WHERE close to how jacob should sound and bella's voice too is a joke. If you really love this series i suggest buying the book.
READ IT INSTEAD!!
I absolutely ADORE these books. The love I feel to them is comparable to the love that Bella feels to Edward. But the woman's voice on the recording is absolutely terrible. It doesn't get along well with the book at all. Though I did like how there was music in the background of it. I gave this a 3/5 because I couldn't bear to give it any lower because of how much I love the books. But read it yourself! Don't listen to the audiobook....
