Other than the awkward accent of the narrator (completely my opinion), most all of my dislike of this audiobook lies with the very poor indexing of its chapters. The PDF of its contents has no correlation with the displayed numbers. This makes listening or changing to a specific chapter while driving impractical. The extensive size off this audiobook is very impressive.
