Learn to “tap"

If you’re someone who doesn’t have time everyday to unwind and de-stress at the gym or just by having “me time” then tapping could be a good solution. It’s a way to access certain points on the body in a noninvasive manner allowing a person to relieve tension emotionally and mentally. I found that while “tapping” hasn’t totally cured my stress it’s certainly become a starting point to taking care of my mind.

Wonderful information about EFT

EFT and Tapping for Beginners is a good way to learn about EFT if you know little to nothing like I did. I found it useful because the book makes it easy to learn about tackling your own issues-both physical and emotional without the use of pharmaceutical drugs. The information about the origins of tapping is also interesting because it is important to know that what you are getting into isn’t just a bunch of hoopla. If you want to help yourself both physically and mentally, I definitely recommend it!
