Pros:
- John Cena reads the narration, himself. His grisly vocals keep the characters sparky.
- Writing so action packed it’s the only audiobook my boys don’t mind skipping the pictures to.
Cons:
- When Tank talked about crushing things with his butt, it cracked my kids up with giggles, but might feel too “mature audiences only” to other parents.
- The illustrator hit the sweet spot marking Motozilla between scary and silly. Sensitive kids might not want to view the picture pages before naps or bedtime ;o) The face matches the intimidating challenge the character presents for Elbow Grease and his brothers to overcome so he has to be formidable, and he is.
