Publisher Description
Mitch Rapp, the CIA’s top operative, searches for a high-level mole with the power to rewrite the world order in this riveting thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Vince Flynn, written by Kyle Mills.
Mitch Rapp has worked for several presidents over his career, but Anthony Cook is unlike any he’s encountered before. Cunning and autocratic, he feels no loyalty to America’s institutions and is distrustful of the influence Rapp and CIA director Irene Kennedy have in Washington.
When Kennedy discovers evidence of a mole scouring the Agency’s database for sensitive information on Nicholas Ward, the world’s first trillionaire, she assigns Rapp the task of protecting him. In doing so, he finds himself walking an impossible tightrope: Keep the man alive, but also use him as bait to uncover a traitor who has seemingly unlimited access to government secrets.
As the attacks on Ward become increasingly dire, Rapp and Kennedy are dragged into a world where the lines between governments, multinational corporations, and the hyper-wealthy fade. An environment in which liberty, nationality, and loyalty are meaningless. Only the pursuit of power remains.
With “sizzling storytelling at its level best” (The Providence Journal), Kyle Mills has created another suspenseful thriller that not only echoes the America of today, but also offers a glimpse into its possible future.
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
In this breakneck international thriller, a CIA operative learns the United States’ greatest threat is frighteningly close to home. Former counterterrorism op Mitch Rapp thinks he’s done with Washington, but an old friend at the agency pulls him back into the trenches. A massive data breach is threatening the future of a life-saving research project, sending Mitch on a race against time—and around the globe—to avert disaster. This installment in the long-running Mitch Rapp series (which Kyle Mills took over from the late Vince Flynn) is a twist-filled thrill ride that moves from the jungles of Uganda to the halls of Washington. Narrator George Guidall’s deep voice kept us grounded through every moment of the nonstop action, bringing gravitas and intensity to Flynn’s tough-as-nails hero.

George Guidall IS MItch Rapp
I was honored to be a MItch Rapp Ambassador and receive an advance copy.
I challenged myself to read as much as I could with my Esight and Patriot Viewpoint glasses. I read over 00 pages and read 40 pages in one day!
I used the audiobook to finish. George Guidall delivers another great performance as the voice of Mitch Rapp.
At the end of “The Survivor”audiobook George Guidall has an interview where he talked about being the voice for Vince’s books. “The Survivor” was the first book to be published after Vince’s passing. Guidall said of Kyle Mills’ writing of that book, “Kyle Mills did it perfectly. It’s seamless. If no one told me I would say this is another Vince Flynn book that they found.”
I’ve always remembered that from George Guidall. When I finish a Mitch Rapp book by Kyle MIlls I ask myself if it’s seamless? Could this book be a Vince Flynn book that they found. The answer is always a resounding yes with Kyle’s books.
I am looking forward to Mitch’s next adventure and am dreaming of the day when MItch Rapp will team up with Scott Harvath. The bad guys wouldn’t stand a chance.
Missing chapters!
Great start and middle but then it hit a wall and abruptly ended. I thought there was a download issue when all of the sudden I was into the Epilogue-did I not get the entire book?? Very strange.
Enemy At The Gates
I don’t think Vince Flynn would approve of his name being associated with this book. It is totally uncharacteristic of any of his other books. This is all Kyle Mills. I feel like it’s a betrayal of his characters that he created. I will never buy another book with her name on it.
As always George Guidall did a great job.
