Ericksonian Hypnotherapy Scripts (Unabridged‪)‬

This set of three scripts are designed to be used by hypnotherapists in their practice. They add variety to scripts that you may already be using and provide you and your client with a different experience of trance. They are Ericksonian in nature and they rely on visual, auditory and kinaesthetic senses to take your client into a deep, relaxing trance.

Each script begins with a generic progressive muscle relaxation followed by a guided visualisation designed to deepen trance and the experience. These scripts are excellent to work with clients with issues such as stress, anxiety, overthinking and depression. I have regularly used these with my clients to great effect.
