I don't recommend this
I so enjoyed Caroline Myss' audiobook "The Three Levels of Intuition," I wanted to hear more. The description of this recording promised an intuitive diagnosis of the first three chakras. Myss presented a very pain-centric look at the chakras, yet did not provide any guidance on working toward healing the pain or otherwise releasing it. In the recording she states "this is not a luxury cruise," and that is so true. Unfortunately this was disclosed in the description before purchasing the download.
