A fantastic listen! From the very first sentence you’re drawn in to the lives of the characters. The quality and pace of the reader sets the pulse on a steady climb as the story unfolds. An excellent story with unexpected depth and a an uncanny feeling of truth! I found myself listening as fast as I could, so anxious to see he rise thru to the end! Totally awesome 👍👍👍

I didn’t expect anything more than a simple summer read, and the first 1/3 is quite fun, but then it just gets ridiculous: a hat on top of a hat. On top of a hat. On top of a hat. On top of a hat.
