Connor McLouhlan is my dream man
I think Fearless by Kaylene Winter is my favorite Less Than Zero book so far! Conner McGloughlan is a dreamy main character. He was a responsible, mature, and family oriented. Ronni Miller was an actress with a successful television show when she met Connor at one of the band’s performances. She had a mission to avenge the death of a friend from her first acting role which required that she beard for gay actors that helped them get better parts and better established in Hollywood. They agree to date in secret. The two have a rollercoaster journey to their happy ending in this contemporary romance/secret relationship romance novel. In audio, this book was even more delicious than the words alone. Richard Sawyer, reading for Connor was enchanting with his Irish brogue and Rose Dioro was a wonderful Ronni. It was interesting hearing same events covered in Endless and Limitless from yet another perspective. I definitely recommend this audiobook/book for readers who enjoy Rock Star romance novels and secret relationships. I am intrigued to hear Zane’s story after having heard the first three in the series. I am voluntarily submitting this review after listening to an advanced complementary copy of this audiobook thanks to Valentine PR and Rockstar Romance, LLC.
Connor and Ronni - you think you know…
4.8 stars (audiobook)
This is the third book in the Less Than Zero series, and I am officially a fangirl of the author and the band. Connor and Ronni will hold you in their grip and never let go. An Irish rockstar meets a Hollywood actress and all bets are off until the obligations of their respective trades cause obstacles that they must face. Add in the past, which comes back to haunt them, and this is the making of one intense rollercoaster ride of emotions. What stands out is the way the author uses her talents to describe the seedier side of stardom while giving the reader what comes across as an inside look into the inside of Hollywood itself. Richard Sawyer does an exceptional job narrating Connor and you just get lost in his Irish accent. Rose Dioro is the perfect partner and brings Ronni to life. The audiobooks must be listened to in order to understand the dynamics at play and to understand the characters. If you enjoy rockstar romance with complex characters and spice, then this is one for you. Bonus…there is another track from the band. I recommend this audiobook.
Rockstar romance
Book 3 in the Less Than Zero series is a grumpy/sunshine, rockstar romance.
Ronni and Connor’s story was full of emotion due to the ups and downs throughout their relationship. Their chemistry was great and their ending was so sweet. I’m so ready for Zane’s story!
Rose Dioro and Richard Sawyer did a really great job narrating these characters.
