Why is this so expensive? This book includes a LOT of necessary handouts with exercises and tests, so if the pdf that is referenced in the book does not come with it then it is not worth it.
Wanted to get the audiobook but after check the price decided to get the actual book!
I like it but...
I have not finish the whole book yet , so far its very good . However , the narrator keep referring to the pdf that is supplied with the audiobook and it is not there. There is no pdf.I am disappointed because I paid $34 for this audio book to find out an important part ( figures and exercises) were not included :(
