Loved Devin and Mackenzie
Finding You by Samantha Chase is the 2.5 book in The Donavans: Sweet Briar Ridge series but can be listened to as a standalone. This is currently an audio exclusive. Narrated by Carly Robins. Loved her for this story. She did an excellent job with the characterizations and the multiple voices changes. She kept me engaged, and excited to continue listening. Loved all 8 hours of this small town goodness.
Loved diving back into Sweet Briar Ridge with Devin and Mackenzie. Mackenzie was trying to forget her past, and trying to start fresh. Nothing like a broken down car, a hunky mechanic that finds her and the sparks start to fly (in more ways) than one. A small town that welcomes her in. They are both trying to find their way. He has some baggage and her past is possibly hindering her future. Devin is trying to show her that Sweet Briar Ridge is where home should be. Loved this lovable, sassy, sexy and endearing love story. Loved all the secondary characters from the previous stories. Nothing like the meddling town and friends to become a new found family. Great listen. Can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Mackenzie and Devin’s story was a fast paced, light read. Both characters had really good personalities and their story was entertaining. I love the meddling small town of Sweet Briar.
Carly Robins did a really nice job narrating this book.
Perfectly sweet
Such a sweet book, instalove, small town, new love, new beginnings, just perfectly sweet.
You have Devin Maxwell, a friend of the Donovans, who is committed, helpful, "knight in armor", classy. And MacKenzie Holland, strong-willed, independent, is missing those "roots" that you get from a solid family and friends. She has lost her father, never really knew her mother, caught her boyfriend cheating on her on her grandmother's table, just all of the things that make you question what you did wrong and give you all the incentives to pack up and move. Her precious car broke down and that is where Devin's and MacKenzie's story takes off.
Finding You is book 2.5 in the Donovans series, but works perfectly well as a standalone, which is how I came into the series. I have not listened/read the others but it was perfectly fine without knowing the actions of books 1 and 2.
