Good, but require previous experience
I've just been taking a weekly pilates class at my gym, and I think this is a good supplement to do during the rest of the week. I really hate doing abs work on my own, so having this guiding me through the exercises is great for keeping me on task. The exercises describes are probably the most basic moves used in pilates abs work, but can still be very challenging. However, a couple bad things about it, is that the first 2 minutes is just the speaker talking about random stuff, which is sort of annoying considering you pay $5 for a 15 minutes routine. Also, unless you already know what the exercises are supposed to look like, it can be difficult and frustrating to try to follow along. In all, a good supplement to a workout routine, but learn the moves first with an instructor.
