Practical and Inspiring

I got the audio book version. I thought this was extremely helpful, with practical steps in how to get started, and how not to get overwhelmed. She was also spot on about guessing where my paper piles were, and why it’s so hard to let go of some items. But she also didn’t Marie Kondo you into “you only need 5 books, or 1 black tee shirt”. She does use the “does this give you joy?” measure, but also even if it doesn’t are you using it regularly? She is very understanding of why you’re (I’m) not going to spend 8 hours on Saturday with focused decluttering, and how we can psych ourselves out of even getting started.

I will listen to this one again!
