Coming out from under a rock
The calm reinforcement of actually doing what I want to do is amazing. I have found I need to do this specific one every other day because I have actually worn myself out getting so much done. Which is a nice change of pass coming out of a depression. It helped me to build up to being able to do it for the suggested time frame. I love the Kim Fleckenstien series.
