Probably the best meditations I've ever done. The three are grouped together on one track, and although I'd prefer them being separate, don't let this stop you from purchasing them. They're fanstastic!

I bought this on CD a few years ago and recently started using it. His voice is perfect and the three meditations have been a wonderful help to me. I got on iTunes today to find another selection to purchase and just had to write a review of the one I already had. Buy this. It is worth it.
I really enjoyed this meditation. He has a wonderful voice and it is very soothing for helping me to sleep to helping me meditate. I am surprised there are not more reviews for him. He's great!
