A Good Introduction To Gurdjieff's Ideas
A good, clear introduction to some of the ideas of 'The Work'. The narrator does a good job holding one's interest and the material within is explained clearly (something that can't often be said when it comes to this type of thing). Gives the listener much to think about and apply to their life, if they so choose.
