Strong Start, Weak Finish.
This novel begins with what seems like the potential to be the best boon of the series; however, the antagonist feels extremely underdeveloped with motivations that represent a betrayal of alien culture established in the lore. The resolution to the primary conflict in this story leaves a lot to be desired.
