I’m close to being a teenager and people bully me at school everyday but....Just hearing this book made me notice that my depression is causing my low appetite,but these words helped me so much and helped me understand what my depression is doing to me and this really helps me :)
This is Help!
I began this book before finalizing a decision to add more psychiatric medication. This is the first mental health workbook that I've been able to trust, apply and have it actually work for me! I'm not finished with it yet, but the shifts I've made from working this book have improved my mood and stability enough to not need the additional medication that was being needed. That means that this book's work is helping my brain to function better... and that's awesome!
