Publisher Description
Within every community, toxic people can be found hiding in families, couples, companies, and places of worship. The cryptic nature of psychological abuse involves repetitious mind games played by one individual or a group of people.
Psychological abuse leaves no bruises. There are no broken bones. There are no holes in the walls. The bruises, brokenness, and holes are held tightly within the target of the abuse.
Customer Reviews
My opinion She is not honest about being a Christian
My God can heal anyone my god can make the blind see my god can part the seas. To say that someone cannot change IF they willing and with God’s help is 100% false. In my opinion author is reckless as a therapist She feeds into the readers fears. Facts are If you go around looking for negative traits in everyone you meet or interact with that’s exactly what you’ll find.In my opinion the author gives you a very structured plan on how to catalog and constantly renew and remind yourself of your past hurts, and offers nothing to actually heal from them.
