Heartbreaker

I have read all of McLean’s books and have been increasingly disappointed in the story lines, uninteresting characters, and the tedious and repetitive “inner dialogues.” It was a chore to finish.

The book had potential if not for all the cursing. Unfortunately after that I’ve added this author to my list of vulgar writers that know no other way to give a character emotion except for curses. It does make me wonder if they themselves walk around talking like that all day. Wish I could get refunded for the book.
