I loved the beginning author note with recap of first four books! While money may not be an issue for Ronan, being lonely is. It’s hard not to fall in love with his caring, honest and dominant persona! Daisy is lost after losing her Mom 3 years ago, searching for something.

I just feel like the story could have been resolved easily if Daisy had just asked Ronan about her Mom the first night in the apartment. He has shown honesty, and respect so would have been open to the situation. For a book that was supposed to be spicy they don’t get intimate until near the 50% mark. When they do the scenes are hot 🥵
Loved Geo even more in this book and he deserves his own book! Always get excited to see the cameos of other characters. I really wished we had a scene with our throuple and the baby 😫

Excited for Eden’s book. There is a hint to who her leading man maybe and I am excited if that is the angle we go!

Narration was great!

Sara Cates pens another wonderful novel set in her “Salacious Players Club” series, one of my favorite series and places to spend time in, I love the world she created and all the amazing characters in it, getting lost in that world is escapism at its finest. This book is Ronan Kade and Daisy’s story, an age gap romance like no other, the story grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it straight to the end. Ronan, a billionaire and an investor in the club, he is also a “Daddy Dom”, a silver daddy in his mid-fifties, he is also a pleasure king. Daisy is a twenty-one-year-old who has a love for music, and planned to go to a music school but she put her education plans on hold to find out who the person is that funded her scholarship and why, she also wants to know what his connection was to her mother. Getting a job in the Salacious Players Club gets her one step closer to getting her answers, but then the unexpected happens, she loses a bet and wind up on the auction block to be bid on for a date, and Ronan was the highest bidder. So here is her chance to spend time with him and ask him questions, but that is not how it all goes down and he is nothing like she thought he would be. I loved the layers to the story and the depth and complexity of the characters, and it was great to watch them spend time together and get to know each other. This beautifully written and plotted story has the perfect balance of drama, heart and steamy romance and kink scenes that were superbly done. Sara Cate, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Lessa Lamb and Stephen Borne were the perfect cast to bring these characters to life and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying, giving each a voice that suited that character and were believable in every role they played. Lessa Lamb’s Daisy was perfection, grasping every side of her personality, her youthfulness and her insecurities, and her strengths and determination. Stephen Borne did the same for Ronan, playing Ronan with swoon-worthy daddy dom perfection. Both were just as fabulous performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance and had you feeling every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen. 

Both voice actor/actress did a wonderful job, however, the only improvement I want to see is to have the voice actress dubbed her own dialogue vice verse with the voice actor. Hearing from other audio books, I see that its more enjoyable to listen this way.

It’s kinda of funny having to hear the voice actors/actress having to try so hard to sound like the other opposite gender character. Hopefully this production will take in this consideration for future projects!

Otherwise this audio was the bombed!🥰
