Customer Reviews
The book is great.
The reading is not so great to me. I really dislike the way the narrator expresses the voices and such. This is a shame because it is one of my favorite Garwood novels.
Read the book
Once again another of Garwood's historicals poorly done by the narrator. I would have to recommend just reading this novel. No excuses for buying it myself-I listen while I quilt- and really love Garwood's books, especially the early ones. I will have to advise against any narration by Anne Flosnik; frankly, she is just awful.
Honor's Splendour
One of my favorite Garwood books.....but....the narrator ruins the story. I hope she doesn't do the narriation on any other Garwood books, well, any book at all, because I will not consider buying it.
