Fantastic book
Do not listen to the ones who claimed that this book wants you to be vegan. It starts with emphasizing on it. You do not have to become vegan. You do not have to be vegetarian. All it says implement more food that is natural into your diet. It makes me wonder if people who think that this is a vegan propaganda are hired by companies, who would lose money if you actually eat healthier.
Great content, TERRIBLE narration
The content is awesome, but the voice narration is AWFUL. It was painful to listen to - strange breathe gaps and pauses as if the guy is a radio announcer or a melodramatic public speaker instead of someone reading a book. Outrageously distracting. Wish the author had hired a decent narrator who was more normal. Would not recommend this audiobook, but I WOULD recommend the traditional book version.
