Unlike other diet experts this author is not selling you supplements, lab tests, or expensive 2 week programs in Hawaii. He is not in it for the money. This is clear and that is one of the reasons I trust him. I am a doctor and can smell BS from 10 miles away. MG is the real deal.
Dr. Gregor and his approach to plant based eating is amongst the best I’ve come across. The detail and reference alone make these two books stand out big time. His website furthers the learning and keeps you up to speed in the middle of the book drops. Can’t say enough about this!
