Publisher Description
Roger Martin looks beyond the actions of great leaders. He says the lessons we really need to learn come from what goes on in their heads - particularly the way they creatively build on the tensions among conflicting ideas.
From the June 2007 issue of Harvard Business Review.

Titled wrong
Should have been called: "How Redhat owner thinks" or "A new approach to thinking for a tech company." It was a big title with little relevant subject matter.

Not helpful
I was expecting a very clear and to the point overview on how great managers think. Step by step and to the point. This was far from that. The last HBR I purchase.
