Titled wrong

Should have been called: "How Redhat owner thinks" or "A new approach to thinking for a tech company." It was a big title with little relevant subject matter.

Not helpful

I was expecting a very clear and to the point overview on how great managers think. Step by step and to the point. This was far from that. The last HBR I purchase.
