Publisher Description
Tax evasion is illegal. Tax avoidance is not. Every taxpayer has a right to adjust his affairs so that he minimizes his tax liability. He can avoid the payment of higher taxes by so adjusting his affairs as to make his transactions subject to some lesser tax bracket. We recognize such steps as perfectly legitimate business undertakings. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Russell C. Harrington.

Not Recommended
There was very little information on deductions or credits or avoidance strategy at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. All information in this audiobook is easily obtainable from a simple google search. I expected much more.
Should be called “Ways you’re not allowed to cheat the IRS"
This book is a boring dictation of the tax code. It doesn’t tell you anything about how to legally avoid paying taxes. However, it gets into great detail about the numerous ways that you are not allowed to cheat the government. The title is incredibly misleading and the content is even dryer than you would expect. Pass.
