Good book
I am a total beginner I haven’t even bought a property yet or done a deal. I think I will return over and over again to get information. Tons of good stuff! I liked this book.
Great for someone who hasn't a clue
Yes, i didn't have a clue about investing in real estate. There was so much i didn't know i didn't know. True, he doesn't get into every step by step detail. But that's not the scope of the book. The intent, i believe, is to lay out the general concept of of investing, and provide the various methods used as an overview. Along the way, advice obviously gained from tough experiences are given. He gives the pros and cons. He's not selling a dream without peril but is very realistic. Awesome

This Autobook was great, I didn't really have faith in this book when I got it. Then the author talked about what team you should put together, then he talked about different kinds of Real Estate and what kind of return you should exspect. Awesome book, if you are looking to be a Real Estate Incestor this book is a mush have.
