APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
A global threat is brewing in the Middle East, and only one man has the know-how and grit to stop it. In this immersive thriller, debut author Terry Hayes introduces us to Pilgrim, a man of many names whose brutal past lies in the world of espionage. All he wants is to leave the spy game behind, but he’s drawn back in when the government enlists him to stop a terrorist doctor with a prescription for destruction. Hayes’ first book is a globe-trotting tale, following heroes and villains who are sometimes separated by only the narrowest of lines. The characters are impressively well drawn, each with their own intriguing backstory and personality—helped in no small part by narrator Christopher Ragland’s impressive vocal range. This thrilling tale is a ticking time bomb—and you’ll want to listen until the last second.

Entertaining
Well written and entertaining. A bit predictable and over the top at times, but still interesting.
My all time favorite thriller
My onlyl complaint is that we have no further adventures of this protagonist to enjoy!
Poorly written.
I only got thru about half the book, it was painful. It was just limping along in every direction.
