I never planned to write a book. After the painful loss of BB Prince, I turned to words to release my despair. As I worked through my grief, I uncovered something deeper—the unresolved pain of my childhood. Decades of sadness, anxiety, depression, and anger came from growing up with emotionally immature parents, feeling unwanted, lonely, and like I didn’t belong.

This book shares my raw and vulnerable transformation: how I reconnected with my authentic self, reclaimed my power, and found joy again. I didn’t want to give advice or instructions—I wanted to inspire you to see that no matter how hard your life has been, you too can create the life you dream of and find peace and freedom.

BB Prince was born on Valentine’s Day, bringing love and life back to me. He died on Victoria Day, leaving me with Joy—and victory over my past.
