A way of life
This book is perfect for people that has dived into minimalist and nomad ways of thinking, it gives insight on ways to enhance that lifestyle very good listen 🫡
Bummed out,Very Genuinely
I was extremely excited to read this book from the advertising I’ve seen on TikTok so much so that I Followed the author immediately, and purchased this book online without reading any of the reviews first.
I honestly feel a little cheated out of my money because had I Known that the opening Script would be bashing the Religion that I practice faithfully I would have went on my way,but that wasn’t the case. I really really was so excited to read this book but I cannot now that the tone of the book has been set by the anti Christianity tone LITERALLY as soon as you begin listening and especially in the tone the narration Carries.
I’ve awarded it two stars on the premises that 1. I have not listened to more than the first paragraph so for all I know it could have been a fantastic listen had I been able to get past my own personal objections
2. I believe that an attention getter is definitely a good thing out of the gate. However, an attention grabber at the expense of a very large group of people for an inspirational book may not be wise. Just my opinion.
And finally 3. I understand that the point of a book is to not know the secrets it holds until you open it up, But with that being said, after almost being made to feel embarrassed of my chosen practice by things like “only if Jesus loves you enough will you get into some Imaginary realm is a distant galaxy”
So based off of those three things I award two stars, and WOULD NOT recommend this title to anyone that faithfully follows any religious beliefs.
