SLAM
This book is fantastic. I love Nick Hornby's hilarious writing. Unlike his others, this one is almost devoid of profanity! Shocking, I know, since most of his others are replete with it. This is suitable for young adults/teens, and is very funny even though the underlying story isn't -- a teenage pregnancy. He is a superb writer. If you like this, try One Day by David Nicholls. You'll have to search it using the author because it doesn't show up using the title. Same style of English dry humor. You can see Hugh Grant and Renee Zelwigger playing the two main characters, Dex and Em (Emma) OR Em (Emma) and Dex.
