A STORM OF SWORDS
Of the five contenders for power, one is dead, another in disfavor, and still the wars rage. Joffrey sits on the Iron Throne, the uneasy ruler of the Seven Kingdoms. His most bitter rival, Lord Stannis, stands defeated and disgraced, victim of the sorceress who holds him in her thrall. Young Robb still rules the North from the fortress of Riverrun. Meanwhile, making her way across a blood-drenched continent is the exiled queen, Daenerys, mistress of the only three dragons left in the world. As opposing forces maneuver for the final showdown, an army of barbaric wildlings arrives from the outermost limits of civilization, accompanied by a supernatural army of the living dead. As the future of the land hangs in the balance, no one will rest until the Seven Kingdoms have exploded in a veritable storm of swords. . . .

GOT
Great narration and well written book. I enjoy all the background and details a movie or series could never do justice to.
Great book great series
Amazing book and amazing series I love that it’s so long I’ve herd the book 2 times and there’s still bits and pieces I noticed I missed out on the first time. The voice acting is great too dollaras edd is the goat in this book lol
Great book! Ignore the nit pickers!
This book was great! So many people whining about “audio quality” and “bad character voices” he’s narrating not voice acting. The quality was fine, and so was the story line. Don’t let these negative reviews sway you from purchasing and listening. I’ve listen to the first 3 and am starting the 4th.
Focusing on such trivial things is so disappointing. The audio quality is very much manageable, and clear enough to hear. You may have to go back here and there to catch what he has said, but then again, if you’re not giving the book you’re undivided attention (let’s face it, lots of these “bad audio” people are probably doing other things while listening), that’s probably to be expected. If a narrator can ruin your experience for an audiobook, then pick up the actual book, slow down your hectic life, and read it.
