I started listening to this on my iPhone and was floored. Really, really great stuff.
However, it's not divided up into chapters. Just two really long files. the first half is over 5 hours long and it's just one big long file. Hard to go back and reference, actually no, it's mostly impossible unless you listen to the whole thing.
This book has been very informative and provides easy lifestyle changes (with detailed explanations that are not long enough to be boring) that anyone can incorporate into their daily life. The narrator is not irritating at all. He kind of reminds me of the top 40 radio dj that was popular in the 1990s. I would recommend this book to anyone that want's to live healthier and happier.
Andrew Well, M.D. does not narrate his own book - they guy reading it sounds like he is reading "Alice in Wonderland" as it it's a novel- the book has good content but the narrator STINKS - does not come across well. This is rating the AUDIO book - the hardcover is much better material
