Terrible
Does she ever get to the point? Slow, tedious, crammed so full of unnecessary metaphors that hearing them became like nails on a chalkboard.
Is it the book or narrator?
I’m not sure if the book was slow or the narration. There were too many pauses in the narration and I couldn’t stand hearing the narrator take deep breaths. It took me forever to listen to the book and if I could’ve returned it, I would’ve. Lucky for me I bought it on sale.
