Really dives into neuroscience and psychology, which I thoroughly enjoy and understand isn’t for everyone. Some points were a bit vague and difficult to tell where in life he was trying to speak upon. Overall enjoyed it and it provided some great tools for moving forward.

Awesome book for all aspects of life. As a teacher and entrepreneur it blends into both worlds. Flow is the move. Thank you

“Primer” is correct. A wonderful, understandable exploration of how to shift to a more “impossible” life. Not easy, but doable. Loved it.
