Loved it!
The characters definitely disliked each other in the beginning. Their back and forth had me laughing at how fired up they could both get. Working together has them in close proximity and it was fun watching them fall for one another but before that even happened they got into some nice steam and of course after one night anything could happen.I enjoyed these two and I loved the ending. The narrators did a wonderful job . They made the characters more vibrant .

The Christmas One Night Stand by L. Steele is a push and pull, enemies to lovers, contemporary romance novel. This book is about Hunter, who is expected to run for Prime Minister and Zara, who is a PR Specialist who works with high profile clients, including politicians. The two have an intense chemistry that neither seems able to resist, While Zara is determined not to give in since it would be detrimental to both of their careers, Hunter decides that he wants a relationship. I hated Zara’s saying no, then giving in, then saying no again over and over. The basic theme of the book includes a cocky alphamale and a woman who always stands up to him. The author writes this type of story and this one is the same. I won’t be spoiling themes to assure you there will be a happy ending, but you will have to find out how by listening yourself. The narrators do a great job, enhancing the book. If you enjoy smexy billionaire romance stories, you will enjoy this one. I am voluntarily writing this honest review after listening to an advanced complementary copy of this audiobook thanks to Valentine PR and Audible Audio.

I devoured this book! The Christmas One Night Stand is Hunter and Zara’s love story. The politician, Hunter, posed to become the next prime minister, and Zara, the political fixer who avoids any scandal that might ruin her reputation.
It’s a tame enemies to lovers, forbidden romance, with a MMC who is completely obsessed with the FMC, and a surprise pregnancy.
Is it possible to be both an alphahole and have golden-retriever vibes? If so, Hunter is the perfect example of such a man. He is determined to break down Zara's walls and has no qualms about pushing the boundaries of propriety to force her hand. His love language is background checks, blackmail, and stalking. And I was all about it!
This book is fast-burn and incredibly spicy, with multiple chapters of straight-up smut covering their one-night stand. Can I just say 18 orgasms? Zara is a lucky lady.
Audiobook Review:

I thoroughly enjoyed the narration of this book. Both narrators did an excellent job bringing their characters to life.
Shane East has become one of my favorite male narrators. His accent, his deep growly voice… absolutely sinful. The way he says “good girl” makes me want to be his good girl.
