Narrated by Genevieve Gaunt. A Londoner born and bred, she started her acting career playing Pansy Parkinson in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban before going on to read English at Cambridge where she graduated with a Double First. Recent work includes playing Marilyn Monroe in The Marilyn Conspiracy on stage and narrating The Spy Who Loved Me by Ian Fleming. Alongside acting on stage, screen, audiobooks and radio Genevieve writes for audiodrama (Thunderbirds), reviews books for The Spectator and interviews authors and creatives for literary festivals and in print for A Rabbit’s Foot magazine.
Directed by Tamsin Collison, an award-winning audio director with over 500 audiobooks and dramas to her credit, collaborating with artists from David Tennant to Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Recent highlights include a dramatisation of Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park, Thandiwe Newton's award-winning recording of Tolstoy’s War & Peace, and a new set of all-star readings of Ian Fleming’s James Bond novels. She also lectures at leading UK drama academies, including RADA and LAMDA. Amazing!
I just finished listening to Emma M. Lion Volume 4, and I did not want the story to end.
The narrator is so talented and she brings the stories to life. I feel like I stepped into Saint Crispian’s and am experiencing everything right alongside these beloved characters!
These books read like a classic and are so beautifully written. They just feel like a work of art.
This volume had me laughing so much! There’s a certain scene in here that is just too hilarious. It’s a favorite and it was so fun to listen to it.
There is also a very emotional part of this book that makes me feel Emma’s grief deeply and brings tears to my eyes.
This book made me feel quite the range of emotions!
Once again, I absolutely love this series. It is a favorite, and the audiobooks are incredible. I love this book! There are so many amazing scenes and the discovery of the alchemy is one of my favorites!
I really cannot wait to continue listening to this beautiful series, and visit with my favorite characters again and again!

Alchemy.
Book 4 is everything- I have loved listening to this incredible actor give voice to some of the funniest lines (“real duck material”) and the beautiful prose that have guided me through my own journey with grief. Ms. Brower makes her own alchemy of the human soul and experience and gently walks us through this beautiful transformation.
