The most frank and intimate portrait of the Trump White House yet
Stephanie Grisham rose from being a junior press wrangler on the Trump campaign in 2016 to assuming top positions in the administration as White House press secretary and communications director, while at the same time acting as First Lady Melania Trump’s communications director and eventually chief of staff. Few members of the Trump inner circle served longer or were as close to the first family as Stephanie Grisham, and few had her unique insight into the turbulent four years of the administration, especially the personalities behind the headlines.

Better late than never, I guess...
Those who truly love our country & want to protect our democracy wouldn’t “stand back & stand by” while Donald Trump’s worthless behind done everything in his power to unravel YEARS of progress that was made by true Patriots. I appreciate her honesty, but despise her weakness & selfishness. I hope that she truly has opened her eyes, but traits like these are normally imbedded deeply in those who have them...
TERRIBLE and CHILDISH
SO DISAPPOINTING…Stephanie is unnecessarily catty and petty, and takes a complaining tone throughout. She comes off as a spoiled brat. I was very interested to hear an insider’s view, and having been a top advisor to my state’s governor, I was ready to feel compassion toward Stephanie. But listening to her whine about insignificant petty details is exhausting. I wanted to love this book but it’s terrible. I was willing to overlook the basic, mediocre writing quality in exchange for what I’d hoped would be fascinating details of the Trump Administration, but the book falls WAY short. Stephanie lost all credibility with me when she unnecessarily took a shot at the First Lady’s pronunciation of a word because of her thick accent. That’s rude and petty, especially considering the gravity and seriousness of the topic. I’m tossing this audiobook and all of its elementary school childish and cry baby moments in the trash. What a disappointment and a waste of time snd money.
