Pleasantly surprised!
The sample does not do the narrator justice. I was a bit nervous picking this up from listening to the sample, as I’d never read the author or listened to the narrator, and was concerned it might be a dry listen. Couldn’t have been further from the real experience. The story was enjoyable and the narrator breathed life into all the characters.
A fun series!
If you like D&D, Isekai, Harems, and Asian things then this is the book for you. I'm currently in book 3 as I'm writing this review.
