Excellent!

I didn’t realize that this was such a quick read & listen, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s well-written and kept me interested.

“Nameless” is a character who is hired by an organization, which is as untraceable as he is.

”This is his life: confrontation with the darkness that has nothing to do with an absence of light.”

Nameless tours the US, wherever he is hired to go, rectifying the wrongs of evil. Not quite vigilante, as only the scum of the earth, is punished.

I love that justice is served on some level. And in this book, the beautiful German Shepherd, is NOT harmed. Yay for Mr. Koonz. ❤️

I’m definitely going on to the next read, Nameless: Photographing the Dead.

Hey, pretty good

This was my first audiobook ever, so getting into it I wasn’t sure how narration was gonna go, and was happily surprised to find I REALLY loved it. I love how the narrator really got into character, and the story itself is amazing. The descriptions for the scenes and characters weren’t over elaborated nor under-explained, making the listening easy to follow. The mix of chronological and non-chronological events were very clear, making the story riveting and interesting. I love horror/thriller/psychological themes and mysteries, and I feel like this book was a perfect blend of all of that. I finished it in a day while at work, and also finished the second book in the series the same day. I actually want to read the paperbacks after I finish listening to the whole series.
