This book is a wonderful companion & tutor for anyone wanting to gain a good knowledge of buddism & how it applies to daily life in modern times. I found it particularly useful in teaching me how to deal with stubborn thoughts that arise during meditation. Thankfully, the answer was much easier & more simple than I could have imagined. This book is full of these gems, all the while, still very light & joyful. Highly reccomend!
