Amy Daws has done it again! I literally couldn’t help laughing out loud at the antics and inner monologue of Cozy (FMC)! I love that Amy portrays realistic heroines in her books, including body image issues and anxiety over normal life. Cozy is no different. She hit a hitch early on in her adult life that threw her off her game and made her reevaluate life and what’s important. In a complete career change, she becomes a nanny for this precocious little girl whose dad is fantasy-inducing. The sparks between the main characters are chart-topping and perfectly portrayed by the dual narrators. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a millionaire, age gap, nanny, boss, with curvy FMC trope!
Narrator of Cozy’s POV is throwing me off..
I’m half way through the audiobook and overall it’s good so far but I’m considering just purchasing the book and reading the rest because I’m not vibing with the narrator of Cozy’s POV. Their cadence is not my cup of tea and it’s been pulling me out of the book a lot.
