Leadership And Training For The Fight
This is the TACSOP that gives you the blueprint to create a SWAT Unit or even a patrol shift. An exceptional explanation of all the basic tactics and provides a clear path on how to take a unit from the crawl stage, to the walk stage, and finally the run stage..step by step. How to organize, conduct and assess a selection and assessment course for screening candidates. How to organize, train, equip, and deploy this force. This is THE small unit team BIBLE. No substitute.MSG Ret Paul Howe is unmatched with this excellent book.
An essential for LE
Just a short review here; this book should be required reading for any LE Academy. Paul Howe is one of the greatest Americans of our generation and a person to really look to as a leadership example and a mentor as well.
Great
This is one of the best law enforcement books I have had. No matter if you’ve got 20 years under your belt or just got out of an academy you will be able to relate and learn from it.
