After his grandmother’s death, John Caldwell appreciates the sweet letters and cookie care packages her friend “Aunt Bee” sends during his tour of duty in Iraq. When he returns home, he decides to visit the elderly lady and thank her in person. “Aunt Bee” is no spinster in sensible shoes, however. She’s young, smart, kind, luscious Pheobe Hunnicut, and when John meets her face to face, her delicious cookies aren’t the only things he wants to sample.

Narrative is a bit off. But overall not bad. Good buy for the price.

Letters From Home

Terrible narrator - boring & predictable story line

A good book for the price

This is the first Audiobook I've ever purchased. The narration was so-so. It would have been nice to have a mans voice narrate the male parts. Once you got used to listening to it, you could focus more on the story.

The story was good. For the price, I definitely recommend it. It kept me company in the car for a very long drive.
