Following in her late husband's footsteps, Lianne visits the spectacular Cornwall coast of England. Here on magnificent windswept beaches, she begins to find herself again. The story was very good. My only complaint was the person doing the audiobook. She has a pleasant voice but her reading is like listening to a first grader reading a book aloud. At times when the characters change talking the reader would forget to change her voice.
I do believe with time this person will be great doing audiobooks.
Good book, audio needs improvement!
Very good book!
The Audio could be better. The voice deepens with a female character and softens with a male. That is a bit irritating. Also some words aren’t pronounced correctly. But overall it was a great listen.

Can Apple and other similar companies PLEASE not use AI to narrate fiction books or books that are supposed to “take us away” while we read it! This is my second Apple narrated book. It might have been a good book if the narration was done by a real person. It’s like listening to a good song being sung off key and in monotone. Information on the internet says AI brings down the cost. These artificial readings are terrible. Technical books, ok, have at it.
