Good book. Too much information
This was a good book but it snore of a modern college class than a reading book. Got super boring sometimes with the explanations instead of just telling us the important parts. Good overall if you have like 20 hours to listen to it.
Health changing
This book gives you the potential to not only expand your life but grow it in areas you may not be aware of. I have an auto immune disease and this book gave me a mindset to not let my disease attack me but i it. 🥊
Horrible narration
The content of this book is good. But I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the narrator is. Sounds like and AI, monotone, lifeless person who is completely opposite of what the book is trying to accomplish. I am an avid audio book user and a I literally don’t think I can continue after wasting my money on this - strictly because the narration is so horrible.
