Inspiring
Although it may sound repetitive, her method and answer is always the same- love yourself, and think thoughts that make you feel good! She shares her views with several other topics regarding her own childhood and life, gardening, nutrition, the feminist movement, death, and more. I find that listening to her talk about her life, as opposed to just reading it, one can actually relate much more…it helped me really grasp the idea that no matter where we one comes from, if one has the courage to allow ourselves to shine, ultimately one will…over and over again, until our patterns are the ones we want them to be.
